All purchases of virtual currency (“Coins”) in Moonstar:

• Are non-refundable unless required by law
• Provide a license to use virtual items, not ownership
• Carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

2. Subscription Services

For any premium subscription options:

• You may cancel at any time; unused time is not refunded
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional cases

3. Unauthorized Charges

If you suspect an unauthorized charge:

• Include transaction details and proof of purchase
• We will investigate and respond within 14 business days

4. Technical Issues

For technical problems affecting a purchase:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of the transaction
• We may restore lost virtual items instead of issuing a refund
• Please provide screenshots or relevant evidence

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit your legal rights under:

• Consumer protection laws in your country
• App Store/Google Play refund policies (for mobile purchases)
• Credit card chargeback protections (for unauthorized payments)

6. Refund Requests
